Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the profilepics.net web application (the "Service") operated by AppHaven OÜ ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you must not access the Service.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of profilepics.net and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of profilepics.net.
3. Generated Content
The images generated by the Service are intended for personal use only. You are not allowed to redistribute or use the generated images for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of the Service.
4. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.
All provisions of the Terms, which by their nature should survive termination, shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
5. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the Service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of European Union Jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Service.
10. Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for our Service from the date of purchase. If you are dissatisfied with our service for any reason, you may request a full refund within this timeframe. To be eligible for a refund, you must:
- Submit your refund request within 14 days of purchase.
- Provide a valid reason for the request and any supporting information as required by our customer support team.
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team through our website or via email at info@profilepics.net. Provide your purchase details, including the email address used for the purchase, and the reason for the refund request. Our team will review your request and respond within seven (7) business days.
Upon approval of your refund request, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider. You will be notified via email once your refund has been processed.
Please note that our 14-day money-back guarantee does not apply to renewal payments for subscriptions. Only the initial purchase is covered by our money-back guarantee.
